Mailing Road offers a village-feel shopping and cafe experience. One of our favourite spots is Xocolatl, where you can indulge in rich hot chocolates and chocolates which are handmade on site. There are gift shops, jewellers, beauty establishments, grocers, butcher and small fashion boutiques for all your needs. This makes also a perfect location for a family photoshoot – a more lifestyle themed shoot.

The heritage-protected Canterbury Post Office is a beautiful building with a cafe inside called The Mailing Room. Some of the building give you a nice photo backdrop and location for your family photography in Canterbury. Canterbury has a train station which is situated between Canterbury Road and Mailing Road which makes commuting there easy. Some cool graffitis get you the Melbourne inspired feel for your photoshoot.
